I’ve never done coaching before. Is that okay?
Completely. Most people who come to me are trying this for the first time. There’s nothing to prepare and no “right way” to do it — just bring yourself, and we’ll start gently.
What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go — making sense of what’s holding you back and building practical steps forward. My approach is informed by psychology and the science of the nervous system, so we work with both your mind and your body.
Do you work in English and Farsi?
Yes. I work fluently in both English and Farsi, so you can choose whichever language feels most natural and honest for you.
How do the online sessions work?
We meet online over Google Meet. After you book, I’ll email you a private link — you just click it at your session time. All you need is a quiet space and a stable internet connection.
What if I don’t know what my problem is?
That’s completely normal — and often the starting point. Many people arrive feeling stuck without knowing exactly why. Part of my work is helping you uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface.
