HOW I WORK — THE GROUNDED METHOD

Most people who come to me don’t arrive with a tidy question. They arrive stuck — caught somewhere between who they were and who they’re becoming, often far from home, carrying a weight they can’t quite name. I don’t hand you a formula, because no two people are alike. We start where you actually are.

What makes my work different is that I understand you from two sides. Through my background in genetics and biochemistry, I understand the body — what your nervous system does beneath your awareness. Through psychology, I understand the mind. And as someone Iranian who has lived “غربت” myself, I understand how deeply culture shapes what we believe we’re allowed to want. Together, we uncover the real thing underneath the noise — and find your way forward.
