My Story
My path didn’t start in psychology. I studied genetics and biochemistry in Iran — and spent years trying to fit into a life that, deep down, was never really me. I felt lost, stuck, and unsure of who I was. What I learned in that hard season is that no one could find my way for me — I had to come home to myself first.
That journey led me to my real calling. I moved to the UK to train properly in psychology and coaching, and turned what I’d lived through into the work I do today: helping people who feel exactly the way I once did.
Now I read, write, teach, and coach — doing whatever I can to walk beside the people who are standing where I once stood. If that’s you, you’re in the right place.
