Rise with Yas (“I”, “me”, “my”) respects your privacy. This page explains what information I collect, why, and what I do with it.
Who I am? Rise with Yas is a coaching service run by Yasaman Farzin. You can reach me at hello@risewithyas.com.
What I collect? I only collect information you choose to give me: your name and email when you use my contact form or book a session; any details you share in your message or booking notes; and basic technical data (like your browser type) that most websites collect automatically to keep the site working and secure.
Why I collect? it To reply to your messages, to arrange and remind you about sessions, and to send you information you’ve asked for.
How I store it ? Your information is handled through trusted tools on my website and my email (hello@risewithyas.com). I do not sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Payments, I use PayPal and Revolut to receive payments. When you pay, your payment details are handled by those companies directly — I never see or store your card details.
Sessions, Online sessions take place on Google Meet. Their own privacy terms apply when you use that tool.
Cookies, My website may use small files called cookies to help it run smoothly and remember your language choice. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.
Your rights, You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Just email hello@risewithyas.com.
Changes I may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
