This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel, reschedule, or request a refund.
Free Discovery Call The discovery call is free. You can cancel or reschedule it any time using the links in your confirmation email.
Rescheduling paid sessions You can reschedule a paid session up to 24 hours before it starts, at no cost. Just reply to your booking email or contact me.
Cancelling paid sessions If you cancel more than 24 hours before your session, you can choose a full refund or to move your payment to a future session.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before, or do not show up, the session is non-refundable, as the time was reserved for you.
Packages For multi-session packages, refunds are calculated on the sessions you have not yet used. Completed sessions are non-refundable.
The 10-Day Self-Guided Reset Because this includes a personalised plan prepared for you, it is non-refundable once the plan has been sent.
How to request a refund Email hello@risewithyas.com with your name and booking details. Approved refunds are returned through the same method you paid with.
